Independents

Thank you for the answer, Don

I know the Charles Louis Rochat company,  but i didn't kow the collaboration with A Favre et Fils.

And yes i saw your dedicated topic some years ago, when you posted it.

Today it's very difficult to know the suppliers of some maisons, who design the movment, who built the movement, ecc. ecc.

Evreytime i try to investigate because i want to know the movement makers of some brands (when the silence is used to hide some collaboration) that don't have tecnical and human resources to start from zero an integrated production of the significant parts of the watch, primarily the caliber...

For that reason exist movement and complication makers like Claret, Chronode, Renaud & Papi, Agenhor, Centagora, Vaucher, Complitime, Magma, Concepto, MHVJ, La Joux Perret, TechnoTime, ecc. ecc. for concept and manufacture movements, while some others suppliers doing their rule...

So in A. Favre et Fils case, i think that someone (who?) cares the development, the design and the prodution of the beautiful Phoenix caliber, because the brand is not able nowadays to do it own...

Meanwhile congratulation to Rochat SA because the movement is beautifully finished, the result is so pretty and the architecture of the movement is original and very good looking, but for this point i don't know who to congratulate...

Excuse me for my english, i have to improve it (i'm italian) and congratulation for your work and your handcraft watches...

Best regards, Thomas
