Correct case dimensions for KV Masterpiece Chronograph II

Just in case anyone is searching for these dimensions in future, I figured I'd correct the numbers that I posted in response to a couple of queries.

Found the blueprint for the fabrication of my caseback -- which is a much more authoritative source than my personal measurements! Still had to do a bit of measuring on the screen and multiplying for dimensions that were not specified, but this should be very close.

Case diameter: 40.2 mm (measured to the outer edge of the wires and caseband bulge)

Case thickness -- standard -- 10.75mm (not including the domed crystal)

Case thickness -- Chronos PE -- 11.95mm (caseback metal thickness is 1.0mm and there is a 0.2mm gap between caseback and rear crystal)

From my eyeballing, looks as if the domed front crystal adds about 2mm in overall height at the center point of the dial -- but I have not measured it with calipers.
