Greetings, very sorry to hear of this problem
While I can only speak to the obvious that what you are describing is not normal as I have had no similar issues with my AMVOX2 DBS. Others on this forum should be able to offer you more wisdom and insight on your other questions. Great collection by the way and be sure to let us know if and when you get your AMVOX3 as I have been considering one myself.
