JLC lug holes (sockets) on the MUT Moon 39

 

I am thinking about purchasing a MUT Moon 39 soon and have not seen the watch in person yet.. but I do have a question on the lug pins / holes on this watch...

I usually wear a watch on a bracelet but when I do wear a leather strap I prefer one of di-modells with the aero lining since I have found those are really the only ones that keep the perspiration underneath from getting uncomfortable for me. Having said that.. these straps have a straight end vs the curved end on the JLC stock straps/ pins.

Assuming it is a standard lug width (what is it by the way.. is it 20??.. i Hope) and I find a high quality straight pin to replace the curved one that is standard on the JLC MUT Moon 39.. are the lug holes(sockets?) far enough away from the case curve to accomodate a straight strap or will a straight pin be so close to the case that it would be impossible to mount a strap ??

You can put all the buckles you want IF you keep the proportions in mind

On the MUT Moon 39, the original strap is 21 mm large ( between the lugs ) and 18 mm at the buckle. On such an elegant model, I recommend a slightly tappered strap, such as the original one. So, you can get all the buckles you want, but check that it is 1... 

Regarding your second question, no, I don't think you should put...
