Opinions of the Master Mariner?
Can I ask everyone’s opinion of the Master Mariner? I notice that Zaf Basha doesn’t cover them in his book.
I’ve been looking at a few with serial numbers that date them at 1970.
Are the Master Mariners generally worth adding to a JLC collection? How about the 1970 model?
I understood that the HPG models after 1970 are not as good a quality movement. Is that correct?
My apologies if this is not the correct place to post my question. I’m very keen to learn more about the vintage JLC’s but not sure where to find reliable information.
