Back to post a few more U.S. Memovox models. Very interesting dial markers on this U.S. model "HPG" Speedbeat (cal 916). It is a case reference 3075. The markers have a lapis-like mottled blue color that contrasts nicely with the red sweep second and red ...  

Another Ref I didn't know. Thanks, Greg. The Lapis Markers are a good idea, in my opinion. The onlly thing which is so so is the red second hand...Curious in such an elegant version. Best! Nicolas

... the red sweep second does spoil the elegance a bit. I hadn't really noticed before posting that the red was carried onto the alarm triangular marker also. If they felt the need to add color, a blue sweep second might have been nice. Oh well....

I just stumbled upon the twin of this watch (E874) in an old 1972 JLC catalog. The only difference on the JLC version: the sweep second hand and triangular alarm pointer were colored gloss black. The hand is the same thick shape, just a different color.

I recall a thread on this forum recently featuring blue-dialed Memovoxes..... here is a U.S.-model manual (cal 911) to add to the list. I haven't seen this version here very often, with the square markers printed with Arabic numerals. Certainly haven't se...  

You have to pay attention to notice the Date, with these square markers at 3, 9 and 12. Interesting, for those who don't like Dates, it can be a solution... Best, Nicolas.

... i have also no idea about that. i have opened the case, but find no number on inside caseback?! for that SS one, the dial seems like refinished, but the casing and the movement are perfect! by the way, i also feel dizzy now... i just can't imagine so ... 

The interesting, very interesting thing is that we are many, here, to own more than one Memovox. It is really a cult watch, whatever is the version. As for the Cal 910 / 911, yes, we doesn't see many. I'm looking for my first one with the WT 3160... Best,... 

While the cal 911 is common here, the cal 910 (non-date) is far less common. Here is the way they were shipped from the Le Sentier to the U.S. for casing; with dials and hands pre-installed in batches of 10: Greg...  

...i have been recently checking Memovox with Cal.911, most of them that i can find so far are marked with LC instead of JLC. and also it explains why the Cal.911 housed in much more different types of casing! from my observation so far, i saw many Memovo...

I try to keep notes on the case numbers and calibers (as well as detailed pictures inside and out) on all the watches that come through my collection. I hope to someday publish the list with pictures when it is a little more complete. I haven't had as man... 

i see, no wonder you know the case reference of my watches straight away. i think your list is not completed yet, but the list of this kind would be very helpful and useful for collectors here. with this kind of important data, then more people can learn ...
