The exhibition featuring historical and contemporary timepieces, representing the art of watch making will be open to the public daily from July 6th till July 19th 2006 to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the Armory Museum of the Kremlin.
The Armory Museum of the Kremlin, headed by the curator Mrs. Gagarin (daughter of the first Russian cosmonaut) will open the exhibition on July 6th together with Rolf W. Schnyder, President of Ulysse Nardin SA and Youri Yakovlev, President of MTT the agent for Ulysse Nardin in Russia.
The Presidential Guards and the Brass Band of the Kremlin in their colourful attires will provide the entertaining for the opening.
Ulysse Nardin is bringing to Russia 116 unusual timepieces from the first astronomical time machine Dondi recently acquired by Ulysse Nardin from the Time Museum Chicago at a sale at Sotheby?s in New York to many of Ulysse Nardin?s museum pieces and more recent pieces of art like the Westminster Tourbillon Minute Repeater Genghis Khan.

To commemorate this historical event, Ulysse Nardin is producing a masterpiece in a Limited Edition of 30 pieces. This collector?s timepiece will be revealed in conjunction with the opening of the exhibition.
It is part of an elaborate multi layer Blue Enamel Egg of the Tsars and is decorated with diamonds showing the gates and towers of the Kremlin.
