can i just answer by saying..
i have never bought a watch just to sell it on. I have had the watch for a few days and although i like it, i'm
just not bonding with it like i thought i would, especially as i have my heart set on a 217.
So i can either keep it or sell it.
I have decided to sell it and as there aren't many around yet i thought it would fetch a premium.
If you feel this is wrong of me to ask then dont buy it but as far as i have found, every panerai i want
goes for over list!
I wasn't showing the watch just to generate interest for a sale, i thought people would appreciate seeing it, thats all.

I am really pleased with the watch, i just wish i hadn't tried a 217 on for the first time a week ago.. i cant stop thinking about it!

That looks awesome. May I ask what strap that is. I'm in the market for my first panerai, either a 312, 219 or 005 and like the JV strap and a couple of other so am making a shortlist. My fav is the 217 but its out of my price range :-( Regards Dan

Just keep this all in mind for the future
Since you are new here, I'm going to leave this thread up instead of deleting it. When you post pictures of a watch up in a discussion forum and then put it up for sale in the very near future, we consider that "shilling" whether inadvertent or advertent....

I tried last saturday in a Panerai event in Spain. Wonderful watch. really like the dimensions of the dial...and the look of the small seconds close to the "9"....SOooooooo Sweet!!! Bicg congrats!!

After having the watch for a few days i have decided i may have been a bit hasty in putting it up for sale and i have decided to keep it. I think the thickness took me a bit by surprise but the wach is now really growing on me. Not sure why it didn't imme...
