My Panerai's with luminova seem to glow the entire night
At least when I look at them at the middle of the night whenever I happen to wake up for some strange reason, the lume is still bright.

Expose your dial to a strong light before going to bed.
It will glow all night long, without problems. Best, Nicolas.
