. . .it's so easy to get caught up in a new grail all the time, a new release (like JLC this year!!) or just hunt for a piece instead of the enjoyment and appreciation of wearing something you truly enjoy. Your advice to slow down and take the time to search out not just a piece but as great an example as you can find . . .is great advice. It's a thrill to find a grail, but it's made more special after doing all your homework and understanding the history . . .. and then even better when finding the deal with a good friend. thank you!

Now, you have some major pieces in the Panerai History.
The Logo Pre V is a league apart, in my heart. The Pam 36 is another interesting watch, with a strong link to the Pre V era. The Pam 360 is also nice, and the Pam 1 completes this awesome trio. Wow, my friend, I envy you. Thanks for the nice words and tho...
