I like this watch ...
... yeah the modified 7753 may end up having issues (especially with the added gears below the dial necessitated by the subdial layout, which I love). Don't know why Omega discontinued it. They haven't given up on the movement, which is still being used in the Speedmaster 38 (I like the racing model much better, just can't get used to the oval subregisters on the 38). Picked up the blue-dialed version (looks great with the black subdials and understated tachymeter) on a bracelet a couple months ago and am wearing it right now. Nice choice and a good value.
