weird bracelet
thanks for your input. I'm certainly not attached to the bracelet. it looks very fragile and sharp! Ive never seen anything like it. Its up to my dad about changing the bracelet. He will probably want to keep it as his dad left it. my dad gave me a Speedmaster markII. I just posted a pic of her in the most recent "calling all speedy owners" post. I know he isnt in a hurry to give me any more of his watches!

Cal 265s were introduced in 1949 when the old 30T2 was renamed so I don't think that watch could be 1947. Cheers
