18K Gold Ellipse 31mm Quartz, I did not like the original strap that came with the watch (pic at the bottom) so I bought a new hazel brown strap and ellipse buckle from the latest model and it looks much better, the patek dealer who ordered the strap was ...  

Many congratulations, you have a beautifull watch and your right about the strap and buckle. Not too impressed with your dealers response though.

..helpful as he phoned patek when I was there and the strap was ready the next day but he was off work when I went back.

And I totally agree with the choice of strap.
