Hi, rookie question but how do you deal with the leap year when setting this without the indicator? thanks

wanted to ask too ! But forgot about raising it up along the way. Some Perpetual Calendar Chronograph has no leap year indicator. So by extension, are they considered PC Chronographs ? Can someone enlighten us ?
