Their second generation of self-winding worldtimers are by far my favorite, because it has a contemporary size which allows for great legibility. It's also more aesthetically pleasing to look at as the cities ring is less cluttered.
I also prefer the guilloché-pattern in this generation, since it leads your attention towards the center, where the gorgeous compass shaped hour hand envokes a certain feeling of travel around the globe. The hour hand also harkens back to their older generations (e.g. 1415 HU) of worldtimers, but it's more inspired by the past than copying an old design.
I don't get "inspired" to travel around the globe by the short and stubby hands of 5110-family.
