It's a great timepiece!
Their second generation of self-winding worldtimers are by far my favorite, because it has a contemporary size which allows for great legibility. It's also more aesthetically pleasing to look at as the cities ring is less cluttered.
I also prefer the guilloché-pattern in this generation, since it leads your attention towards the center, where the gorgeous compass shaped hour hand envokes a certain feeling of travel around the globe. The hour hand also harkens back to their older generations (e.g. 1415 HU) of worldtimers, but it's more inspired by the past than copying an old design.
I don't get "inspired" to travel around the globe by the short and stubby hands of 5110-family.

Better than the 5130P, the 5110P. Not that it is a bad watch, but the 5110P is more homogeneous.

If you like the watch. Go for it. Its a great model of world time. Even its size is bigger at 39.5mm than the 5110p.
The mechanisms the same for both 5110 and 5130. Cal 240. Its contemporary and really a handsome watch. My opinion. Best. Geross.

The watch is a stunner and all comments on the perfection of the dial and proportions of the 5110 are true imho. But I simply couldn´t like on myself so I finally bought the 5130 which is as nice as the smaller version in my eyes, only a little bit differ...
