Is Patek Philippe a listed company?

They are the Stern family
and they acquired Patek in the late 1920s when it was in financial trouble; the Sterns were the then dial suppliers to Patek and I believe the current company Stern Cadrans is that company although I am not sure if the family still runs/owns it. - SJX
