hate to tell you but its totally fake... Patek doesnt make a watch where you can view the escapement from the front... but it's suppose to look like a tourbillon for obvious reasons. Also, the caseback is a different color: it looks like steel where the watch was made to look rose gold from the front but looks plated; the detail of the movement, the rotors are made of gold not steel, they do not have the name Patek Philippe but only the calatrava cross on them, etc etc... but my favorite is the subdial that counts up to 7. You can verify this simply by one way: does the center second hand always move even if you push the buttons? And do the buttons do anything more than just make the subdial hands spin? Then it would be fake because it's made to look like a chronograph but that sort of movement would be too complicated to make a fake version of.
