Hi, Need help on this PATEK buckle, it’s a double ‘ LL ‘ imprint. Compare with another Patek buckle, Both are yellow gold. Not sure of the period for the first one. The second buckle bought from AD Jan 18’. Any inputs , anyone ? as to the difference? Than...  

likely, a tang made in the USA for Henri Stern. The contractor reportedly misspelled Patek Philippe. I am unsure of year.
