Hello, Addi,
there is already a bit of information about the backwinder models in this recent thread here.
As I don't have any "real life" experience with these models I can't tell you more than the availlable "paper spec's" from the well knwon auction hauses.
The ref. 3569 seems to be the earlier one (which is a bit a surprise compared to the ref. number 3563, but not too unusual for PP) and like later 3563 also availlable with bracelet directly attached to the case (no lugs). If I believe the auction descriptions (which are not always correct on this datas)both are 35mm in diameter and both have screw backs (a screw "ring" and inner case back "plate"). There are only very few pieces 3563 documented, and all of these have a "fluted" outer portion of the bezel.
The basic version of 3569 seems to have a smooth bezel, but there are decorated bezels as well, bark finish, fluted or likely.
The later ref. 3563 is more oftenly found with the cal. 1-350, which I believe is the later revised version with unidirectional winding rotor.
Here are some pictures, all courtesy of Antiquorum:

I hope some more knowledgeable will cheer in here...
Best regards
Suitbert
