Definitely Sub all the way
I’ve never got my head fully around regular use either a 24hr bezel or 12hr bezel as on my Oris. Practically speaking, the rotating 60 minutes bezel is something I use routinely when I cook or watch my kid’s sport.
I think like with many Rolex watches the under appreciated ones are those that become “hot” decades later

but if I have to choose, then the GMT Master because of the slimmer case & dash of color
