TimeOut

I'm sure you have experienced this,

just plain rotten customer service (and I am trying to be polite).

Can't speak for other countries  but customer service in the US is
in the toilet, it just plain sucks.  By the time I get through all the
prompts I forget who, or why I called.  Talk to a live person, almost
unheard of now days, and if you actually get a living, breathing person
they aren't much help.  They thank you for being a loyal customer
for X number of years and tell you how much they appreciate it and how
valuable you are as a customer.  If I am that valuable to you get
someone who can help me on the line NOW, not someone who is
reading scripted responses.  Most of the time your call is routed
to a "call center" where you can hear all the other so called customer
service representatives conversations in the background.  All in all
calling customer service is usually not a pleasant experience.

Done now, you can go back to doing what I interrupted.
