Good points you bring up. As I said, I won't be diving with it, but that's good to know. It's also good to realize that there are two more potential breech points. I have no problems setting the date by advancing the hour hand with the crown. I do that on my Rolex Gmt2. I hardly ever have to do it as I wear one watch at a time, for a long time. I hardly ever switch, still looking for "Mr Right" hahahahahahaa.
If I really give in to my desires, I am very interested in the Blancpain Leman BigDate. However that costs so much more, I may have to wait if I decide to go for that one. The UN GMT BigDate may fit the bill nicely until ( if ever ), I can swing for the Blancpain.
