is that the black and gold cell that was shown as proto type some months ago? i thought it looked pretty neat in the Basel pics but i am not givin up my blackberry just yet.
I currently have several UN Watches. I really enjoy the divers. I am sure if there is a delay in your phone product it is for good reason. Based on my watches UN makes a very, very high quality product and they won't release something to the general public unless they feel 100% certain in the craftmanship and durability.
In my opinion dont just give up on the deposit...try and work something out. I hope all ends well for you. If you do get the phone please share some pics here would love to see it.

My dealer just told me that I am not going to get the Chairman cell on time. I am thinking to cancel my order despite of the fact that they told me that they are not going to return the down payment. Jason
