The strap was called "scales" but I agree with you, when I saw it, I thought of waves, too. I thought it would pair nice with the waves on the bezel of the watch. It does!

Inspired by @Marcus Hanke, I finally removed the rubber and Titanium bracelet from my 263-33 and bought some straps. This may become a big summer watch, now! ...

That were 22mm to fit the MMD. But that's changed now! 💥😈
