Ah, at last someone who's treating his watch right ;-) Any particular reason (timekeeping, digits "sticking" ?, something else ?) or you just feel it's time for a checkup, how long have you had it and which version is it?

it runs perfect with no problems, just a routine service and clean and polish

CHF 1780 for SS and CHF 1880 for precious metals to be precise I suppose that's why most (GMT) Perpetual owners (based on the feedback here, you're the first one saying he's sending his perp for service) tend to not send them in for service as long as the...

for the moment it still runs perfectly and will wait till next year as i wanted to have it for the new year plus its 4K so no hurry just yet

Isn't it CHF 2K ? Makes sense, even though watch companies would rather have us send back our watches regularly, I suspect a lot of are going by the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" ;-) I remember this guy from Patek telling me that not having the watch s... 

i need additional work ie crystal bezel, i think you are right i personally think its over due now so i would say once i see the new year in i will send it off
