info on the Audubon

I have been having some problems with my email recently.
You are correct, the Audubon Birds of America series was launched during the mid 90s, it is comprised of 10 different dials (inspired by the drawings of the celebrated naturalist of the 18th century John James Audubon)of 10 pieces each making a total of 100 pieces total.
I am not aware if VC ever proposed a complete set of all 10 pieces, I doubt it since all 10 did not hit the market at the same time and in fact the last ones were available in stores about a year ago.
The button on the side opens the hinged back cover which reveals the beautifully skeletonized rotor of the cal 1120... you can find scans in our VC Photo Gallery.
MSRP was about euro 36000, I have hardly ever seen these watches on the secondary market other than in auctions where they have been selling in the euro 16000-18000 range (including premium).
