19th century cylinder escapement pocket watch with 1/4 repeater
The cylinder escapement predates Thomas Mudge's lever escapement and does not have a pallet fork. This is also coincidentally my first pocket watch. Very cool little mechanical marvel that is ~ 200 years old. The repeater function still works wonderfully!...

mine does not have 'Bonjour' bramd inside though which is quite interesting. But it has the Aiguilles, and the echappement text
