When she's good, she's very good, but when she's bad, she's even better! Actually, I thought it would be me having the mid-life crisis, but she beat me to it and got a convertible. LOL A
As I said, it's just a baby. An M Sport 120i. Not fast in terms of straight line acceleration, but because of the lowered M suspension, you don't have to slow down to go around corners! LOL. Lot's of fun actually - when I get to drive it. I do, however, s...
Hi Filip, Pleased you had a good experience in the 120d. I think the chassis and drivetrain in the 1 Series, even the convertible, is very well sorted. I even prefer this to the 3 Series, which is my daily car. Very direct steering, and a lot of feedback....
a 116i (yes, a 1 with a 1,6 litre 115hp engine), the engine was pretty crappy. As you gave it the full throttle in 1st gear not much happened. This is one slow car .. BUT ..... once on the move (above 40-50 mph) and keeping some pace i could actually enjo...
I posted this a couple of weeks ago while you were away, so you may not have seen it [click here to link ]. We did try a Cooper S, but found it a bit noisy which is wearing on longer trips; the handling was fun though. Also tried the Golf and an A3 conver...
I keep showing the plexi, because I love how it bends the light and morphs the dial from different angles. But here is the rest of the watch ... 43 years young. Andrew...

So, is this an earlier or later model than the Dynamograph? Is it the same movement as the Dynamograph? I must say I prefer the simplicity of the dial on your watch even though it lacks the power reserve and optimum torque information on the Dynamograph's...

. . . but I've gotta hand it to you, Patrice - that's a great wrist shot, with a subtle tie-in between the tip of the seconds hand and the pattern of your shirt. Masthead photo until after the holidays . . . cordially, Art
Candlelight, a bottle off red vine and the sensual voice of Julie London, everything is ready for a romantic evening… … and I will be wearing the Minerva....
Hi deBalzac, your Minerva is a classic beauty, no doubt about that. And I guess your red wine, music and candlelight will also be exquisite, but what really makes it special -IMHO- is at least another person to share it with! Have a nice evening! Best reg...
