Btw - my extended family of old was based in Argentina (and Uruguay) during 30’s & 40’s setting up first diesel electric generators. Up until the 80’s they where still going - I wonder if they are now? The engines where made in Manchester by Lister Blackstone - later owned by Mirrlees Blackstone, then after by MAN. As a kid I remember being taken around the factory and seeing diesel gen sets as big as a house. Cheers. Giles.

The watch is great, as are the Swedish stones but what I really want to see is the watch worn on top of a mule
