The real thing is so damn smelly that this enthalpy-concentration diagram comes very handy when you want some equilibrium data of vapour and liquid phases of water and ammonia
It is useful for e.g. assessing distillation and other vapour/liquid systems.
Hm, maybe with a bit of persistence and stamina you could establish your own Jed-o-Gram of mocca and water to determine the optimum dosing of coffee to get the perfect aroma??
