Often fun and subsequently pride for a collector is not only possessing a watch but is for me also the process of desiring a watch, searching for it, wrestling with oneself, finding it, acquiring it and then taking possession. So I want to show one piece ...

... congratulations for having the foresight to pick up such a piece. Uncommon as you say. The date position is very rarely used in watch design and the curved case and long flowing lines are beautiful. I wish GP would put a solid case back on these recta...

I'm very attracted by the IWC Portuguese line. The clean style, the big size, coupled with a relative thin case of the 5454 makes a very nice watch, IMHO. Cheers, Nilo

First, is my VC. I had wanted a dato perp for many years. And I kept on vacillating between the features I wanted and the look. I finally went with the one that combined the majority of the ingredients I wanted. Nd what a winner to me. I use it in all app...  

Well, the 1815 EL is in my collection for almost 4 years, now ,and it is a big love affair. As for the QP Chrono from VC, this is a Watch which always made me dream. This Watch has all, and is a serious competitor to the Patek Brother. Bette,r I think I p...
