I have many under appreciated watches
not the well known Rolex or Patek Philippes.
Only PuristS like us will know them 
But that's where the satisfaction and joy are. Only those in the know, know. Under appreciated or not by the general public doesn't matter
Someone once thought my Moser Endeavor center seconds Concept was a smartwatch. At certain angles without light, the dial looks like a very dark blue (like smartwatches with screens on standby mode lol).
My wife thinks this is a very affordable watch in steel with a black dial. "Montblancs are 2k or less. Good that you didn't spend too much on your watch. All the expensive watches have a glass caseback and yours is even closed. Good that you didn't spend too much !" She once told me lol...
A colleague thought my MB&F was a toy watch.

And its sister brand JR are both under appreciated. That is why you can still find some charming examples ...perhaps this was a bad theme and now there will be a demand 😊😊

Had a GP Laureato 8010, but sold it because of the delicate bracelet and their soft screws... Regretted selling the moment I sold the watch. Now, they are near impossible to find, and much more expensive with the intro of the new models... TT ...

IWC Novecento Perpetual Calendar

I was in love with the Platinum. At that time I owned a time-only YG Novecento. It was a great watch. Congrats for making the move.

... with so many different angles to it - let me try to express my own spin to it. One thought prior to sharing my entry... any watch, that's sitting in a safe or vault, still wrapped in it's protective stickers, happens to be under appreciated by its own...
