making bread this morning
I agreed to bake a dozen loaves for a men's breakfast tomorrow. I have to have them all baked by this evening.
so 6 am finds me in my Treasure Island baker's outfit and Ikepod (easily washed) watch
now first batch is cooling, the second batch rising, and the third batch mixed and ready to start. Time for brekkie
I'm going to tackle the wheat rosemary loaf made a couple days ago.
Oh yes, ready for a cup of tea and the Wrist Scan forum. Yawn.
Yeast hard at work preparing the next batch of water, flour and salt.
It's an Ikepod SeaSlug Chronometre. And it's going to be a beautiful day today!
