WristScan

Not that easy, but well.. Let me see, how to play..

First I decided for a straightforward, almost simple Rolex,

a Rolex with a little twist:

It's the Rolex 6556 "Tru Beat" or Dead Second, a little complication
that more recently has raised a bit of attention, when JLC equipped
2 recent models of their Tribute Geophysic ( Universal Time and True
Second) with it.

So, without much ado, it is a totally low key Rolex with Caliber 1040,
mine being from mid-50ies, actually 1956 to be precise

I like it, as it quietly shares her little mystery only with the owner,
or someone a bit interested in this eclectic complication..

So here some simple pics, where I appreciate its strapped back
appeal..

Plain but sophisticated: love the red sec hand

A clean, unobtrusive dial, inviting you for a 2nd look

Despite its 35 mm size, quite harmonic on the wrist - a 1956 noble appeal:
- A fine watch, not more, no less..

Wishing you all a great WE !
Best, hs
