THIS is patek. Love your curated collection of art and watchmaking. I think you should add a 3070J as perpetual chrono is my other thought when I think PP and you have class enough for yellow gold to look cool.

I confess that I never purchased a J gold NOR a second-hand watch....but who knows, one day I might decide to break the ice in one of these areas (more likely the first one.... ;-)) Certainly, the 3970J would be a terrific candidate, and yet again, a perf...

The shirts I see in the pictures must be Isaia, Etro and Pal Zileri (in fact, of the 60 to 70 shirts I try to have in rotation at any given time, these are probably my most common choices along with Brioni.....if I had to pick one favorite, which is never...

I went gaga when I see those rare pieces you have. Never knew a Gene Cernan edition of the Speedmaster existed, and it is very unique. And that Walter PPK JB edition is the pistol to collect. Wow!!!!!!!

The Apollo 17 Tribute to Gene Cernan, Limited to 272 watches is a seriously cool Speedmaster. I love it ! Beautiful selection of pens that you are sharing with us. I especially like the serpent pen. I hope you have a great weekend.

And agree with you about the gold case Cernan Apollo 17 Tribute. I also think that this version still didn’t caught the attention from collectors it deserves considering its very low production, it’s beautiful dial and case back and being a full gold case... 

Do you sense it by the entries that came up? You are the cause of it too Abel…heehee It feels like an exotic car event where one expects production model Ferraris and Porsches, but end up in a “higher heaven” where Morgans and Mclarens and even unseen una...

I’m a big fan of Hemingway as writer so I felt fitting to get this special pen from MB honoring him. This is a much coveted model among collectors as it was the first in a long series of MB honoring different writers and was released in the early 1990’s. ...

The Habring2 X Timezone collaboration produced this 21 piece LE back in 2016. It has several charming features - a stepped bezel, sector dial, and blued hands - plus a jumping seconds complication. And it wears very well on the wrist too! One of my person...  

I recalled reading of it. It has a nice sector dial. So much details on this special watch. Wish I were one of the blessed 21 owners of this grail.

Well said about LEs being hard to add to collections when they are sold out. I really like the Louis Erard x Vianny Halter, and Panerai Paneristi Forever Edition, but missed the boat on it. Nice Grand Seiko there. It was quite hard to get this piece.

Nice use of props and charged lume on the Topper Edition of Diver 65. Juicy!

Keeping that lume charged while trying to get a good shot was a challenge. Weak lume is the only shortcoming of this piece.

No one will know….except the trained Eagle/Falcon or watch nerd. Ooo it is a simple Seiko diver. Oh yes I bought it from the local watch shop. Not (This is a Seiko which costs more than an Omega Aquaterra, but you’d never know…)

Even if the original issue price was half of what they’re going for now. I was lucky to get mine new from a Seiko boutique. BTW your collection is one I aspire to. Thank you!

Saving up for the next piece is a little hard now, because finances are tight on my side. But I perservere. Will work extra hours to make the dream come true. Just gonna get a quartz Breitling if it is still available. Rumour has it, it’s been discontinue...
