this is one of the lesser known in house chrono movements produced by Longines in the Thirties and Forties - the 12.68z Stop
The most famous version of it is in the jumbo case which was discussed here.

This watch is a continous running centere second chronograph with a flyback. It's in an 18k gold case
and was produced in 1940.
