i've got one myself, it has a much different character to the speedy being smaller with no dark bezel. a great watch. to go into more detail about the movement. Omega have always used Lemania to make their chronograph movements so until you get to the 90'...

Henry, glad you enjoyed my post. my watch is now back to totally original condition. i didnt take much notice of the crown as my watchmaker is ex Omega so would have left/put on the correct one. mine is a seamaster so the caseback is marked waterproof and...

Hi Andrew, thanks for your lovely photos from the fun park! My family and I have been to the same one in 2007 while visiting our friends from Toowoomba in "down under". We also did the rafting bit and I still remember queueing ever so long for the rollerc... 

The tourbillon looked quite innocuous till I made the mistake of getting on it. The automatic IWC was fully wound by the end I think! You need to avoid local school holiday periods as it can get quite busy. They also have a new system called "Q4U" whereby... 

Hi Andrew, I had not regarded this device your way: as a sort of big winder for watch enthusiasts and their automatic watches ! Actually we have been there mid-week, out of the holiday season and yet is was crowded. But the "Q4U" sounds like a good idea b... 

After the Wipeout and the Tourbillon, this watch enthusiast and his automatic timepiece were somewhat overwound and needed a rest. Getting too old I fear. Having grown up here our kids get plenty of opportunity to feed the roos, so this wasn't such a nove...

dont you find it interesting that most holidays with young kids also involve water in some form. i look back on 2 marriages and 21 years of bringing up children and i think all holidays were near the seaside and water parks. ah memories... best Graham

Wearing this one today, as I did on tuesday when I took these pictures, and as I have been for about 50% of the last four months. Got a chance to check its accuracy againt a handy standard. Performing well... Richard....  

I love this clean Nautilus. There have been some of Chronograph etc versions lately, but I think the Nautilus should be as clean as yours. Everything added to the dial somehow disturbs the wonderful lines. Best, Martin
