2/ if I think of all YOUR means of sweet & serious torture- tools.
- I will have to prepare myself even more..

Start with the chrome peacock, La Pavoni Europiccola grind with the Zassenhaus... tamp and extract manually... and hopefully a beautiful espresso arrives (the beans are key). HAGWE! ...
