a first owner, unpolished and 100% original first serie 1665 Comex.
The perfect Pisani dial - that does not say "Sea Dweller" and has the unique 600m depth - is a hommage to my dear uncle Marcello...
I surely understand the temptation of Comex Rolex....

Montblanc 1858 chronograph in steel and blue dial. I really love the calibre 16.29 but alas it is too big for me!!!
Montblanc Heritage Spirit Perpetual Calendar Sapphire. At 39mm this watch fits me well and I love the smoked sapphire coupled with red gold look. But the date sub dial is really small - I need to get over that legibility issue and just appreciate the beauty of the watch.

This is something I can understand, especially for the "Pilot" Villeret
I would be very tempted too if it wasn't that big compared to my wrist.
However, even if I like the QP on pictures I think that the movement's type and size would be a deal-breaker to me.
There will be one day a new model which will please your totally in the future.

This Snoopy is something I'm going to see a lot in the future and say "I want one" for sure

Well I'm being a bit monotonous with choice of watches to post, but this was the first of only two this year

A really great decision - made with the help of others here. Its been welded to my wrist since it arrived.
Went Vintage later in the year - drawn by complete box and papers. It probably deserves more wrist time.
Getting it level - even if it does look like it. While its not a watch this arrived too.
Though it was also of note that I've now had the pleasure of my Duo's company or 15 years.
