This morning I am sitting at the terrace of a little Hotel at Lake Como and I decide to go back to the buffet looking for a little treat to close breakfast.
What I found was a little apple patisserie, by concidence just like the Captain described it.
It turned out to be an absolute gold medal winner. I cannot remember havind had a little patisserie thatcwas so crispy and tender, so well balanced between sweet and fruity, just perfect.
Sitting here, looking over to the opposite lakefront, enjoying that little patisserie: A perfect treat
