WS edition of WS for Friday March 1st is Open Now! Theme is “Keep It Simple!”
Hello dear friends!
Our classic event WS is open now!
I have the pleasure of hosting this weekend event and the theme asks participants to share their “KIS” watches: “Keep It Simple” watches.
This weekend will be devoted to no complication timepieces which I call "Keep It Simple" watches, just hours and minutes and may be with a seconds hand and with a date window acceptable. No more.
These no complicated watches we usually wear in daily basis and bring us great satisfaction and practical use just "telling time" with a lot of charm.
You may post your entries now in this same thread!!
This event will end on Sunday night and Judges will be posting their veredicts for each category on Monday 4th.
As usual we have the classic categories:
Best Static shot
Best Wrist Shot
And the more recent category: classic/vintage with our Honorable Art (Dr. No) doing the judging.
All watches shared during the event will compete in the “Best Watch of the Week” category.

Thank you so much j,jota!! A watch I had been hunting for long time. An honest timepiece considering its age. Preferred to keep it with all the scars accumulated along its long life.

Wow dear HSTE ! That´s a wonderful example of a KIS watch. It´s lacking of seconds hands compensate the date window appearance here. Lol! And you are sharing...
... a superb example of the watch watch which started the Royal Oak Legend! The dial patina adds to its charm and interest of this timeless design.
