I suspect that it is not by accident that your belt and the Patek strap match perfectly smile

Really great photographs by the way.

Thanks!

Thank you for the nice comments.

Richard, I agree, I love how the blue steel dances amidst the gold. Perfect do-si-do partners smile

Good old times...

And equally beautiful watch. One of my favorite case shapes, and perfectly done by Lange.

Exactly Nicolas: Simple, Clean, Direct...

No Date

 By: Geo : November 14th, 2014-02:41
for me that's thé version.
Modern or vintage, without date the watch looks best.

GEO

Like your classic Cartiers without date Geo ;)

Whenever a model comes in both flavors . . .

 By: Dr No : November 15th, 2014-08:33
. . . it's the uncomplicated one that finds my favor.  I'm striving to come up with a single example that goes the other way, and can't.

Even when the date display is in analog form, such as the PP 6000 (vs 5000) . . . the simpler version gets the nod when it comes to aesthetic preference.

Very good to go, that must be.. A piece for almost all seasons & occasions

 By: hs111 : November 14th, 2014-11:05

An obvious watch but for very good reasons..

 By: KC74 : November 14th, 2014-23:52

Awesome shot

 By: rnaden : November 14th, 2014-19:39
Really shows that a real tool watch can be comfortable at at home in a formal setting. I think this shot encompasses the versatility of Rolex

Thx Richard. Shot taken from my office balcony while smoking..

Friday, early morning

 By: crown comfort : November 13th, 2014-22:15
at a business lounge at some airport somewhere in Europe, wearing my GP Chronograph 4946.

HAGWE,

CC

Your GP is an early love for me

 By: nikolaj : November 13th, 2014-23:30
I was crazy for one of these 12-15 years back and your picture brings the sentiments back. I love so many things about this watch. The case and dial are so well made and the red details on the dial as well as the leaf hands (even on the sub-counters!) add a lot of charm. Must be a great companion.

Your picture made me think of this one I took some months back (of today's watch)... Typical airport lounge breakfast smile

Safe travels!

Wait, wait, wait, my friend.... Is this a 16550 I see here??? [nt]
