I've finally (after weeks of flipflopping between the salmon dial and the white dial) decided o pick the V38 with salmon dial and centre guilloche, and blued hands.

The v38 is appealing
The Vaucher 5401 has nice tactile interaction and surprising finissage for the price. With Torsti's customization options, it seems to me like a lot of value for dollar.
