My top 4
In order of descending visceral desire of ownership as an object to have on wrist and gaze at and play with:
1 PP- because the MR sound on a titanium case must be insane
2 FPJ- because of the dial and the homage and because its the only real piece unique and oh did I mention the dial?
3 Kari- the ultimate in understatement and quality and movement perfection
4 AP- because the moon colour is amazing
5 Moser- purity of dial is very special, and the overall quality very high
I think it's truly commendable that these houses donate these watches that will make collectors happy but more importantly raise a lot of money for a great cause, all this while giving up profits. This is especially generous I imagine if Kari or FPJ or the other small independents as the give up as a percentage of total annual top line revenue is significant (not so much obviously at PP or AP).
I'd be very curious as to what Rolex would provide to OW if they were part of it...

But probably Patek, without much doubt, still gonna take the crown again in terms of bidding results in this year's Only Watch.
Yes PP should be the "winning" timepiece in terms of amount of money reached. But independents offer true lovely timepieces and FPJ should be one of the "winners" among all of them for sure if we look at the PuristS selections

Interesting selection. The Piaget is divisive I think (mainly the case shape in my opinion) but its dial is a true work of art

I don't think anyone has selected these 5 yet!! I have always liked JD, I wish their dials were smaller, to match the elegant layouts that they have.
The Blancpain just lookks very cool.
And with the special font type used on the dial, I found the Moritz Grossman quite appealing!

I think you're the first one who selected the Moritz Grossmann. But it's an excellent choice. Very classy and elegant timepiece with them. No lack of taste
Regarding JD dial/case sizes, I'm fully agree with you. I would like to see smaller case sizes rather than the 43mm ones for instance. For such dressy timepieces, it's a little bit too big for me.

For me, the dial and its layout are the most important part of a watch....
I know what I like in dials, I am a huge fan of Kari, GO (I know you agree with me a lot on this!!), and I've always been a huge fan of the JD dials. Lots of enamel/porcelain, clean dials... even up to 41mm I could live with. But 43mm for such a thin case just doesn't work for me. Such a shame, as I feel we would see a lot more JDs in the wild. In fact, I don't think I have ever seen one in the wild.
I owned this one (Les Lunes) and the case was perfect (40.5mm)

Soooo many nice ones....
But the Journe is just the top top top piece!! This will go for insane amount of money (along with the Patek)... but wow is is beautiful and orange 
The Kari is probably next, but then the Debethune interests me too... The Montblanc is a beautiful piece.
