No Bond Seamaster, so this Oris Divers Sixty-Five will have to suffice.
It's the 40mm Topper Edition from 2016.
A few changes from the original, no date being the most significant.
Oris is my favorite independent when it comes to affordable style & wearability.
It’s also nice to see them expanding the use of the Cal.400 into more of their line.

Just read Goldfinger (man did Fleming love golf!) but I don’t recall him ever mentioning Rolex…think it was the producers idea…anyone?
Fleming seems to have loved Rolex...
Not only did he write that James Bond wore one, but Fleming himself was known to proudly sport a 1016 Explorer--here's a link to a Fratello article on the watch.

Fleming loved luxury brands. I'm well into "Thunderball" and the name checking extends to every aspect of Bond's life--clothing, accessories, cars, wine, the list goes on.
