And a great collection of German watches 😊👍🏻
You asked about others. There are a handful that have made it into the thread already, such as Kudoke.
There is Hentschel, too - the brand that brought us out P20 😉…

If you are looking at former Western Germany, for quite some time Junghans used to be a very popular brand. Coming from the main Western German watch and clock making region in Schwarzwald (in this case Schramberg) they did quite well until the 1990s, and were one of the first players introducing radio controlled clocks and watches. The Mega 1 was a proper technological masterpiece at the time. You were also not allowed to change straps for aftermarket ones, as the strap had the antenna for signal reception for updates 😉
I listed over one as a child and some years later got this, not as cool as the Mega 1 but a present I was very glad to receive 😊
The most known pieces of theirs are the Max Bill collection that is again in production, after the latest return from insolvency and they used to supply the postwar German Luftwaffe with pilot’s watches prior to Heuer’s 1550.
They are still / again producing in the historical manufacture in Schramberg and there are two museums there, a watch and car museum (very heavy on Junghans) as well as a dedicated museum at the manufacture.
Another one not mentioned is Wempe, a house brand of the famous watch and jewelry retailer. IIRC manufactured in Glashütte as well.
