Horological Meandering

I ordered this when I was at the Basel show this year..  I just brought it back from the V-H factory in Sant-Croix.  These guys are absolute geniuses.  I have been to many watchmakers factories and this one ranks up with the most impressive.  This is a nice watch to tool around with for the weekend..

RWC 1938A cali dial and very nice distressed strap.

1963 Grand Seiko 57 calibre. only the 2nd GS model made and possibly the nicest of all with build quality and detail equal to a modern one.

This is such a wonderful piece. I remember when you posted the story about it on the Omega forum. You also chose a great strap. It matches your Omega perfectly.
