It is not a NOS piece but it's in a very good condition. The case has been polished before but it still looks nice....this is my favourite E 855 model.

Anyway, that is the TTP 68 Polaris with the "wrong" dial what I mentioned to you a couple of weeks ago....and thanks to your advice I finally decided to buy it. It is a great watch and I will post some photos soon...

The reference 3150 was the very first Memovox model released by JLC and came in several different dial/hand styles. Here are (3) examples I've had in my collection (I've had a couple of others but can't find pictures at the moment):

Here's the next Memovox issued after the barrel-lugged ref 3150. The ref 3150 also came in many dial variations and hand styles. I can't find the pix of the 18K version I had, so the stainless model is all I have to share for now:

Here's a U.S.-model reference 2744 in both a worldtime and non-worldtime versions. The original dealer catalog shows the worldtime version with the 2nd version of the worldtime dial:





Interesting bit of trivia: both worldtime dial styles (concentric and radial) were offered simultaneously in the same years as shown by the additional dealer catalog page from the same year:


Also note:

1) The U.S. version of the Memovox was marketed as the "Beau Brummel Alarm" at this time
2) Also note that there were pocket alarms issued with worldtime dials from the factory
