Unfortunately only the "ladies" Panerai fits my wrist comfortable. So while I have owned some, I'm now just standing and admiring from a distance
I believe that a Panerista....
will always be a Panerista (deep down, inside) Much like a biker that drives a car but, everytime he goes around a "funky" bend, does it in his....bike...banked out to the max and the earlobe scraping the tarmac

The 617 is not bad at all, is just that my days with Panerai has passed.
But the 629 just doesn't look right to me.
But again, very keen to see it in metal, hopefully sometime next week
