That would most likely be on a Rolex 16808 Submariner or the fancier brother Rolex 16618

I recently found this anchor in a thrift store. But it has no text running up the length of the anchor. Is it legitimate?
Could have been polished off. Hard to tell but in general despite the text the base looks relatively clean.
